"The pick up going and driver I couldn't fault at all and was five star all the way . The pick up from Gatwick was ok, rightly or wrongly I thought the meet and greet service meant our driver would be waiting in arrivals but we had to phone the company who transferred us through to the driver we then had to work out where the driver was and find out our own way to him. The driver did say he was not given the right phone number and said it takes time to park up so it's better if we came to him. Having said that the journey once in these was good hence 4 stars and not 5."
